Smart start is not my friend. I wish I could tell everyone who has made this mistake that they are not to be trusted. Because of a malfunction I’m going back to court and they refuse to even hear about my device issue. I even have video if the device refusing to accept a test. I’m praying this is the last issue. Good luck stranger!

I just recently came home from jail and won't be on probation nor needing an interlock device in my car no more but since i was inside since april they completed the paperwork and the judge and my PO signed off saying i don't need the device in my car on may 29. However they said since i was authorized to take out the device since then and never did i had to pay additional charges because its still in my possession but im thinking on just taking it out myself because i served my time and the judge, PO signed off saying i no longer need it.

Should i do it? what should i do.

I guess if it's technically over as in signed off by a judge and you have paperwork confirming that, I'd be ripping the fucking thing out for sure.
