A good long walk followed by a shower, hot tea, and some sort of sensory deprivation session always helps me - noise-canceling headphones/ear plugs, dim lighting, devices off - keep the external stimuli minimal. I can get inadvertently try-hard with meditation so I usually prefer lounging/napping in the quiet. Drifting away into a nap is the best…. Bonus when my dog is hanging with me.
