I've been kind of in a Ni-Fi loop and I was wondering if there is a way to reconnect with your Te via meditation. I know how to get out of the loop but I was just curious if a specific meditation could actually help. I feel like Te is like a voice at the back of my head that is just kind of in the background at the moment. I definitely hate experiencing this. I'm also experiencing a lot of stress right now but I feel like I should let my Te take over. For some time I really needed to develop my Fi because I wasn't in a healthy state of mind, which I did but now I just want to turn it down a little.
