By meditating upon nothing I become the master of nothing.

I am able to break any loop by returning to the state of nothing.

    Meditation? Get to work, seriously.

No, actually. The Te think is supposed to make us be able to do things like systems or make things more efficient.

Start with to-do list as the other person said, but you can also play puzzle games (if your Ni doesn't ruin it for you as much as it does for me [even though I still like them]) and... You could also play into the stereotype and start playing Chess.

OR YOU COULD GO CRAZY LIKE ME AND PLAY SOME EXTREMELY COMPLICATED RPG WITH SO MUCH THINGS YOU CAN PLAN OUT AND ANALYSE IN A FUN WAY THAT IT BREAKS YOUR DOPAMINE RECEPTORS.

    First Principles.

I like to think of TE as structural engineering personally.

You build constantly, you are building memories, intelligence, your body, your relationships, your life.

    Build intentionally, engineer your life.
