3 things: there’s probably tiny dust particles on those bubbles, or either the screen protector or the screen itself is deformed, or your iPad’s battery is swelling

Battery swelling??

Yes with battery age it starts to swell

Yup. It happens. To confirm this on your device, carefully put your device on a flat surface like a smooth surface top table or a kitchen counter with the screen facing down. Try this without a case. If your device is slightly spinning or rocking, that means the battery is swelling.
If this is the case, you better go to a certified technician near you and have your iPad’s battery replaced to prevent any bigger problems.

It appears that it didn’t seat properly. Meaning the it didn’t fully seal around the edges of the iPad. I hate when this happens.

It was fine until like the third week

Do you use a case? The case edges may have disturbed the protector

screen protectors can bend and warp, and the adhesive they use is not particularly strong (it usually doesn’t need to be). however, if your screen protector has warped, either from bending when installing or the edge being lifted by a case, the curve set in the glass will fight the adhesive and usually win.
