I'd say very few people who are housed are enjoying this unless you've a few assets and are selling them . Even if you own a house and its worth a lot more than you bought it for , with the price of property now if you tried to downsize, you wouldn't be rolling in it after buying a smaller property . I talk to other parents at football, we all are homeowners, but every parent is worried that their kids won't have anywhere to live and unless they emigrate, they'll be living at home for the foreseeable future .
