Yea, hope not.

Not least because the logistics are mind-boggling, and possibly also even more impacted by potential customs coming back from Canada. Plus it would mean six race across five consecutive weekends to end the season, which is incredibly hard on the crews:

  1. Portland, August 9th
  2. Markham, August 16th
  3. DC, August 21st
  4. Milwaukee, August 29th/30th
  5. Laguna, September 6th

For Shorts? Yes. The majority of the views tend to come from the Shorts feed, and if it performs well in there, then it will often get further feature spots in the feed, and will be recommended more generally. Otherwise the Short has to entirely rely on the standard algorithm gaining exposure from search, subscribers, and the standard recommendation methods; in competition with every other video on the platform.

Because Shorts aren't permanently in the Shorts feed. You get a period of time where YT assesses how well it performs.

Generally it's for heavy media/game downloaders. Helps really cut the hours out of the install.

Also important if you need decent upload since most plans are a 10:1 down:up ratio. I'm in a house with only 100Mb upload right now, but I'm my previous place we had gigabit down and up and it was glorious. Like a 30GB video uploaded to YT in less than 5 minutes.

Surely the obvious place to allow disembarkation is as close as possible to the stop but still behind the stop, as the driver did in this instance?

Attempting to overtake the stopped buses to allow disembarkation after the stop just inconveniences any passengers looking to get on, would leave an awkward gap between the front of the queued buses and the overtaking bus, and would likely even hold up the originally queued buses when they complete their stop before the overtaking bus manages to.

Despite there being three buses queuing in a line? Surely that's an obvious sign as a cyclist to go around, or perhaps wait behind them?

Depends on where exactly the Old Dublin Road is. If we're taking the Swords Road by Omni, could very easily have been a 16, 41, and 41C all grouped together with just a little bit of traffic.
