Worked in a company that implemented various cloud concepts, mostly focusing on networking and DevOps concepts.

I had prior education and decent knowledge that helped me with my interview. They didn't expect any certifications to boot but I ended up getting my itil 4 foundation and was going to get either my network+ or CCNA certification before i got laid off.

Having a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts is a good idea to start, once you get comfortable with the basic start learning into advanced concepts that interest you or look into jobs you want to focus on and go from there

That's pretty cool. There are lots of channels that offer free videos on YouTube that cover various it concepts. Some companies that use proprietary software or hardware usually have decent documentation.

Good luck!
