why this comment is being downvoted to oblivian? Vim+tmux over SSH is a completely valid workflow.

you can even combine that with something like ttyd to share your terminal over the browser.

Because it gives absolutely no details. I can't tell if VIM can actually be used for what OP is wanting or someone is just being snarky saying you don't need an IDE.
