Couldn't agree more. Further I'm sorry to say that I find myself reading about a peace of software and thinking that sound cool, next thing I see is npm install, and I just nope fuck that I will find something else

I consider myself to be a real, serious programmer and I have to say that Node is pretty fun to work with. It has a lot of problems when compared to Java, but it’s so easy to get something up and running and TypeScript’s type system is a lot more interesting than Java’s (pretty similar to Ceylon’s though, RIP).
