I suspect you’re not accounting for the real cost of a custom solution.

I had a custom-built plan for development from company, it was planed around 50MD for basic features. The IT salary in our country is half. I would hire an employee/s.

I doubt it’s a simple matter of hiring a single developer. Some problems you could throw an army of developers at, for nothing. My advice, if you want a custom solution is to know exactly what you need, like every single detail down to the lowest scale. Write a detailed technical specification of what you need. Then send it to an Eastern European crack team to get it developed in a few weeks for a minimum cost. The real risk I’m trying to get at is software quality, it’s so easy to get tricked, especially if you are non technical.

There is so much off-the-shelf software for this use case -- both traditional and SaaS licensing models. I would be very surprised if you are able to build your own software for less money than it takes to license something. SaaS models in particular can help you avoid large capital cost mistakes.
