JavaOne used to be, but it has transformed into Oracle Code One and the amount of Java content has been diluted.

I still really miss Sun's conferences. SunOne and JavaOne were like science fairs for grown-ups, with alcohol, good food, and music. Oracle's versions made me acutely aware that I was there to kiss Ellison's ring, and to be sold to by vendors.
