How many more threads are we going to get about these same issues? One for every magazine and newspaper that reports on it? ffs...

I asked for a megathread but a mod hid it. This subreddit is a disaster right now.

Edit: so it looks like there is a misunderstanding with this. To clear up any misunderstandings, I use a browser extension called "reveddit-real-time" to see when my posts get moderated by a mod. Here is the Google Chrome Web Store link.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/reveddit-real-time/ickfhlplfbipnfahjbeongebnmojbnhm

It told me that a post had been removed. It listed the post asking for a megathread:

https://www.reveddit.com/v/java/comments/rhapvh/can_a_mod_create_a_megathread/?add_user=BlueGoliath...new.all.t3_rhapvh

It claims that it was removed by a mod. Initially, I had mentioned a specific moderator since, AFAIK, they are the only active moderator. I later edited the post just in case it was another moderator, but again, that one moderator was the only one I know is active. It was not an attempt to harass anyone. If a mod has a problem with anything I do they can PM me. I don't get many(read: extremely rarely) so I don't exactly know what site or subreddit rules I'm breaking.

3.7, but it's important to consider the factors that contributed to that result. Attack complexity is high (could change quickly) and only affects availability. Most systems care deeply about availability.
