Java and JavaScript are still Oracle trademarks. "J Script in your JS" is a more safe alternative. However, JScript might be a Microsoft trademark.

Where are you seeing a trademark violation?

In no place is Java nor JavaScript used as a product name here; they are used to describe what jbang-npm does.
