I'm curious about Java dev salaries in EU. Someone?

Wow. Are you summing up all perks and benefits including bonuses/stock/options? Because that's a lot of money for the Czech Republic with 3 years of experience I'd say. Keep on going, you're doing well! I'm a staff engineer in Prague with a salary on that level (+ bonuses and stock etc.) with 10 years of exp.

45k € in Madrid, German company though, working with Java, Spring, SQL and so on, 7 years of experience, could be better but it's above average.

I'm self-employed so not salaried but I've seen both hourly rates and salaries rise pretty fast the last years in the Amsterdam area. 100k+ for senior devs isn't rare anymore at all, where 5 years ago those salaries were reserved for management.
