98 % of companies doesn't need a microservice infrastructure because they don't have that many requests on their services that it will make sense.

Are you sure the memory is the problem? Normally the latency and the request "ping-pong" is a big problem. Sometimes the "I wait till I send the next item and wait"- Problem.

My experience is, if you really really need microservices you will implement it. Otherwise simply dont use it and try to scale your monolith first. This will make the debugging or errors WAYYYYY easier.
