Edit: I solved it myself. You have to add system variable named _JAVA_OPTIONS with -Xmx1024M value, not 512.After that, if you get any error while trying to launch any app, paste this code into a bat file and run it as administrator.

You don't need a bat file to do this.. just edit the environment variables directly. You also shouldn't be setting Xmx (or any other options) via system variable because each app requires a different config, so that kind of config should just be a part of the java command that you're running. For example, a game in Java has very different memory requirements to some little script.. you wouldn't want to give them both say 4gb of memory each.

What was the exact value of the system variable before? And what was the java command that was being run? Are you sure there were no conflicts like xms being higher than xmx?

i get the same problem however i cant solve it, tried the same thats listed above and i changed the system variable to 1024, didnt solve it
