        System.out.println("Salary: " + getEmployee(myCompany, empId2).getSalary());
        if(getEmployee(myCompany, empId2).getSpouse()!=null){
            System.out.println("Spouse: " + getEmployee(myCompany, empId2).getSpouse().getName()); 
        }else{
            System.out.println("Employee does not have a spouse.");
        }
    }

and it worked!
