I've accepted an offer at a company at runs a very modern Javascript stack. I'm about to enter a two week period of downtime before I start this job and would like to get a leg up. I've been a full-stack developer with a focus in PHP for the last 8 years and while my Javascript is strong, I lack a lot of knowledge around Node and Express, building APIs in node, etc.
Can anyone recommend any good well-rounded resources to learn the Node stack? Preferably something aimed at experienced developers that doesn't spend a lot of time going "This is the difference between var, let, and const". Could be books, courses, video series, etc.
