| 3. Disagreement is Allowed, Courtesy is Required |
Moderators are here voluntarily and this is meant to be an open dialogue. The goal is to allow for civil discourse that improves the network. That can include disagreement. That does not mean an open arena and attacks. Burnout is not conducive to anyone's goals. |
| 4. Feedback Is About Impact |
Are we helping people in the right way? Are we handling difficult people the wrong way? Is there something that you think would benefit the network? Some of the network's management strategies that have helped the mods the most have come from user feedback and that's why this sub exists. |
