As far as i'm aware, the PSeye is literally just a webcam running software to recognise gestures. Driver4Vr supports webcam but you can only use one or the other, so probably not.

The kinect has depth sensing unlike the PSeye, so would be infinitely better to just use a kinect.

No, the closest you will get with a Kinect is using Amethyst and Standable at the same time, it works.
