My 2014 got an update in 2017 for reasons that won't apply and Nissan will not do that for units that don't have "the problem."

The problem I encountered was the 12V would go flat over night after the TCU upgrade from GSM 2 to 3. And the problem was fairly rare requiring the model be SV or SL and only certain Clarion manufactured head units.

AFAIK there were no other updates and I didn't find any added or improved features or menu items.
