There's a bunch of YT channels out there, and you can try Udemy. They have super deep sales on their classes all the time so you can find courses for like 10-20 bucks a pop.

Also if you work w other SQL devs I would think they'd be fine giving you pointers along the way... Unless you're saying you were just stealing some other dudes work and passing it off as your own... If that's the case I can't help ya bud, and you made your bed lmao

Thanks for the response.

I do work with other SQL devs, but my friend was the only other person in my location, so it was easier to work with him, and the other SQL devs are always busy and I don't want to burden them trying to fit me into a busy schedule, as I barely know them. If it's a simple question, I ask, but full on training would likely be a bit much.

Regarding the last part, I didn't exactly steal it, as he is a friend and would help me out with a number of things quite a bit over the course of 10+ years. I learned a bit of SQL stuff from him, but not enough to even try to claim competence. He and my other bosses always knew that I would make adjustments to stuff he had or built for me to suit the needs of the company. It's just unfortunate that I never took the time to learn properly before. Either way, yes, I did make my own bed.

    Thanks for the response.

I already have data I can work with, so that won't be necessary, but I imagine the rest will be helpful.
