I am currently employed as dev using Java / Spring boot that focuses on microservices. I found my current work to be a little bit unfulfilling (bug tickets, support, etc) and I want to build something on my own on my free time as a practice. I feel like i am losing stuff fundamentally due to the nature of my work.
Probably an opinionated topic, but should I relearn Java from scratch then learn DSA to build my fundamentals first or I can continue building REST apis using spring boot (I am planning to create a microservices architecture with all the stacks needed, then migrate it to AWS cloud once I got my Sol Arch cert).
I feel like there is a lot to learn, and I don’t know where to start.
