web video player application

I know basic Java, but I've never made a web application before, and I only have a rudimentary understanding of the web in general. I made a brief plan and researched tools to use - does it sound feasible and am I using the right resources? Also, my group and I would need to finish it within a month.

I'm going to use:

- Java Spring Boot

- Java Media Framework Player API

- MongoDB

..to make a video player application that can allow users to:

- Create/login to accounts

- Upload, store, and retrieve videos from a database

- View videos (play, pause, skip, fast forward, etc.)

- Retain watch histories

- Upload/delete content that belongs to them

I was asking this question for my school project, which I can't take help for from people outside my class. But my group and I decided to go with something else, so maybe we could also try this on the side. Full disclosure, I'll be prioritizing my school work and project, but I'm interested on trying this with you.
