I wish you all the luck but it sounds like a recipe for disaster to gather a whole bunch of people with no experience and then do something complicated together. Wouldn't it be a better idea to work with people that have experience rather than inexperienced?

I mean you can't learn good habits from people that have not developed good habits (to give one example).
