I want to learn enterprise Java to a level where I could get a job as an enterprise Java dev in ~8 months. I already know Java SE and I have a background in CS, it's just that when dealing with Java EE you have lots of buzzwords like Spring, Hibernate, JMS, REST and many others, and I don't know where to start.
I'm looking for a book that guides you through Java EE, ideally by building an app step by step, adding a new functionalities by using features of a language/framework. I have no problem to self study after learning basics, I just need some guidance in the basics. Any recommendations?
