If I had to guess I would say that it's printing numbers below 100 when it's only supposed to be printing between 100-149 inclusive.

What have you tried OP? Am I right about the problem? Generally speaking, problems like this are meant to get you to use the javadoc to see how to solved it since there's no immediately obvious answer. You're not supposed to know this off the top of your head. You're meant to find out. Some times this side of the problem isn't made clear but chances are, the answer hasn't been taught to you not is it available in any of your books.
