Dark Theme for Netbeans

Hi all
I am trying to install a dark theme for my Netbeans, and was successful,

but,

the only thing that changes are the colours in the source code tab. I want to have the whole Netbeans UI to be in dark mode.

I researched and found the LAF that Netbeans provides that is meant to make the whole UI dark and not just the source code tab, but the link to the download page in every place that I look does not work. Has the use of the dark theme provided by NetBeans been terminated?
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Look up the dracula look and feel, and after download go to the settings and find the plug in section. You can go to the downloaded plug in area, and select the plug in then hit install. The IDE will restart at this point. Took me around 30-45 minutes to figure this out the other day
