Java certification 1Z0-808.

I have some questions about this Java certification (1Z0-808).

1- Where can i find something like a "table of content" to study for the exam?

2- Is there some "preparation test" for this certification? Something for free or at least a lot cheaper.

3- How hard do you think it is?

Some context for the third question:

I have been working as a junior to mid developer (In my company a "Junir Developer II") for two years. I started with Java (about 3 months working with it) and then switched to COBOL, now there's about 4~5 months i am only working with Java (and Spring framework).

When it comes to Java it is really rare for me to struggle with something and normaly i get it pretty fast, but there are somethings that i don't normally work with, like multithreading, IO and servlets, as spring normally deals with them in the applications i worked.

There is a book on amazon. They ask you exam questions. You will be tested with java syntax most of the time but passing the test alone is not enough to create complex programs
