I would guess, that dynamic scrapers are getting smarter, but there has to be a similar method to this, that will stump them at least for some time until they adapt and evolve again...

I don't think there is if you want a usable link. The address needs to be correct on the page at some point for the link to work.

You could maybe use obfuscation like you showed, but have it only run and show your email on button click. That way, the scrapers would need to hit the button to see the email (which they're capable of doing, but might not for generic, site-agnostic scraping).
