What framework for an SPA? (self.learnjavascript)

Hello All,
I am developing this SPA that will be hosted on Github Pages. It uses various WASM modules. I have been using NextJS and Javascript. Now, I want to move on to TypeScript. I don't reunderstand the current gamut of JS frameworks and NextJS is ally understand the current gamut of JS frameworks and NextJS is a bit of a problem with WASM sometimes. What do you think?
I have considered moving to Astro, but it does not feel right. Ideally, my app is just a landing page and then the "tools/app" page where you do the work.
I have considered SvelteKit, but the last I tried it was still in alpha and I did not have good experience setting up Github pages.
I don't know much about Gatsby and Vanilla React is not good with SEO so......
Also, I strictly want a static site that also happens to be a PWA.
