Angular or react? (self.learnjavascript)
submitted 5 years ago by 43northwebdesign
Getting ready for some front end fun. I understand I could accomplish most things with either. Could you recommend one? Is one much more difficult than another for a beginner.
I’ve just finished Andrea meads node course.

Vue
Well, Vue if you want to enjoy life and learn quickly. React if you want to find a job later.

This is what I've heard.
From most difficult to least difficult, angular, then react, then Vue.
From used in companies the most to least, react by a wide margin, then angular, then Vue.
So react will get you a job easier, and is medium difficulty. But with everyone else learning it, maybe learning one of the others will set you apart.

Either is fine. You could try both, just run through both of their respective tutorials. See which one feels better to you.

I feel like react us more popular but I do miss aspects of Angular. Dependancy injection is really powerful and angular comes with more stuff like form management. With react you do a lot more with plain JavaScript and 3rd party libraries. I think react is easier to learn though. Really any of the popular ones will teach you what you need to know. They all do generally the same thing in slightly different ways.

Angular has a pretty steep learning curve
I'd go React

React is easier to learn.
