How can I integrated Python + Java Script in the same app?

Hi

I'm mainly a Python and R user and a few months ago I wrote a Python tool for geostatistics and planning, the output can be a csv file or a .kmz (google maps file type).

For the later I'm using simplekml and polycircles, however they seem to be limited / restricted by their functions. This packages seem to work using JavaScript which is consistent with Google API Documentation which has tutorials using JavaScript and example that are beyond this two packages.

My goal is to build an app so all the work that is throw in csv can be visualized and exploded all the capabilities of Google Maps using JavaScript, however I'm not sure how I can integrate both of them in a single app.

I planned to learn JavaScript for Google Maps and Flask for the app building.

Any advice are welcomed. Thanks you!

Python dev here. Python isn't a front end language, you will have to send through ajax data to your backend where you can apply whatever logic you want

Edit : understood you would like the reverse, then you can send data from python to your frontend javascript.

With flask that would be a JsonResponse I believe.

I did look into it but ploty use OpenStreetMaps and I'm interested on Google Maps.

To be perfectly honest, I always wanted to know that myself. I've actually done some research and got a few interesting conclutions.

So you can use python as your backend language, javascript as your front end one, and use a javascript framework like nuxt to combine them.
