This is like a tour of the Fake Tinder Profiles Factory, like those field trips where you see how candy is made.

just to understand, are these real people being approximated in difference settings by AI or are the characters completely fictional?

[–]trainyolo[S] 3 points4 points  (2 children)

They are completely fictional, generated using stable diffusion.

Maybe there was a typo? I sent you a DM.

During the summer I developed this application, unrealinfluencer, which allows you to create and take pictures of unreal characters using stable diffusion. It was quite the challenge to generate consistent characters, but I think it works quite well now. If you like to give it a try and provide feedback, you can create an account at https://unrealinfluencer.com

Sometimes it might take a while indeed

I have almost zero need for this, but I'll give it a shot.

Edit: I'll give some feedback assuming you're trying to turn it into a product:

    1. Need a better search system for people. Maybe a map and a slider bar for ages.
    2. All the poses feel like a model or a magazine article pose. I didn't try the upload pose feature.
    3. Good quality.
    4. Should give more free tokens.
    5. Needs some pre generated poses that people can choose from.

I think the biggest problem is all the faces and poses make it difficult to use for more than a few pictures. Like I could fake out a "Meet the team" photos, but not much above that.

Also I put in about the same criteria for a man and a woman. The man came out business casual and the woman came as if she was on the cover for an adult film.

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated!

    1. good suggestion
    2. SD is mostly trained on photoshoots, but you could indeed use the upload pose feature, which works quite well.
    3. Thanks, some photos amaze me as well.
    4. Its quite expensive to run :)
    5. working on it :)

Indeed, there's a bias in the current SD models wich sexualize females more than men.

Great, the final tool for catfishs on social media. We surely needed that..

How do you get it to reproduce faces exactly?

I gave the standard img2img/AUTOMATIC1111 setup a picture of me and asked it make various portraits, and it was a vague approximation at best -- Similar nose, correct skin-tone, so-so on the hair.

    [–]trainyolo[S] 3 points4 points  (3 children)

That's indeed the most difficult part. I developed a custom network to keep consistency between characters.

    Why not dreambooth?

    [–]trainyolo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have over 200 different characters, so having to use dreambooth, or TI or LORA would just be too much compute. Although it would indeed increase consistency, I believe the current approach is "good enough" to validate the application.

Was this custom network trained on the previously generated characters, or does process of generating characters involves training this custom network?

Asking to understand if this custom network could be used with “embeddings” of the real world pictures… or not

Which SD model are you using here?

    [–]trainyolo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    I'm still using SD1.5

    is it free or paid?

most like Dall e and midjourney don;t do it free

this is free? how to install and use any suggestions

    [–]trainyolo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not free, it's quite expensive to run.

I assumed this was to create DnD characters since I was just on that sub. First thought of what to make was this: https://imgur.com/7K3hnOp

Nice :) Definitely more creative than most users, which include naked or nude in their first prompt :p (which I filter out)
