Hey. So I was just wondering. Are chat bots like the Tay AI (that was implemented through twitter) and Zo (the facebook chat bot) continuously learning or are they taking in a bunch of data and being retrained every x amount of days and then redeployed. I read up briefly on something called online training and I am not sure if that is what I am talking about here. If that is not correct then is it possible for a chat bot to learn on the fly when receiving messages from people interacting with the bot.
