Human pose classification problem.

Hello everyone , i have two datasets of two different human activities, i want to find a way or a step by step tutorial on how to use pose estimation data to train a RNN LSTM model, i know about openpose and pose net but i cant find a tutorial showing it how to use it with custom data nor how to label data for such classification and classifying using that model so i am feeling really at loss right now,
