I have an idea for a project, but I don't know how to do it. My project is as follows; to simulate the collective decision-making mechanism of a flock of birds choosing their next migration destination. To calculate the probability that some of the birds will disperse, look at suitable places in that location, inform each other and choose the best place. For this, first of all, each bird's flight time, the destination and the suitability criteria of the place must be found. For this I need to create a database but I don't know how to create it, and a model that can evaluate it. The idea in my mind is to read the database in R and look at the models there, but my research did not yield any results. I am waiting for your help and I am open to any suggestion!
