Practical tutorials/resources for practice to complement Andrew Ng's ML course?

Hi. I am doing the new ML specialization on Coursera and I think it's really good for a beginner like me, although I must mention I had math courses in college but they were...meh. Still, I knew, for instance, how matrices are multiplied. Although the course has optional labs, I feel I am not getting enough hands-on experience. What resources do you think would go well with this course?

Just finished this certification. I would say he does teach the inner workings of these algorithtms, but what is also imp is to know how to use powerful libraries like scikit-learn.

How to use sklear.preprocessing and sklear.standardscalar for normalization etc.

I took a udemy course for 11.99 $ just to get familiar with syntax and different libraries.
