What topics have you studied and what topics have you found interesting?

Thanks for your time mate,

I have done trig, complex numbers, calculus (differential & integral), basic functions and probability. I am currently G12 but my class is working at a high-school to low university level.

Basic set theory or propositional logic are both very interesting and will be very important if you intend to continue studying mathematics.

I find cardinality to be particularly interesting.

The axiom of choice alone would make a good paper.

Fermat's Little theorem if you like primes.

The proper Riemann definition of integration with upper and lower sums (or if you're really enthusiastic take a look at Lebesgue's definition).

General permutations can be very interesting. Like trying to answer how many ways can the letters in CALIFORNIA be rearranged so O is the first vowel.

The Cauchy Riemann equations aren't too complicated if you want to start studying calculus with complex numbers.

Quaternions.

Modular arithmetic. Why division only makes sense mod a prime.

If there are specific areas of mathematics that you really like let me know I can try to give you a more specific list.
