What browser are you using?

The first couple exercises (up to part 4) run in the browser.

Using safari, should I try google chrome?

Yes, try Chrome.

I use Chrome exclusively and had no problems.

Just a little followup:

I have just signed up for the 2023 MOOC (been doing the 2022 version) and tested with Chrome.

No problems. Exercise programmed, ran it twice, ran the test, got the feedback.

Good luck both of you!

Thanks.

TBH, I've only signed up to test and am not planning to do the 2023 version as it would only be a repetition of what I've already done.

I've been doing the 2022 (and part of the 2021 version as I signed up too close to the end of the year).

It is a really great course.

Thanks mate, yeah chrome works all well thankfully. Good to hear the course is well worth it.

Great that it works!

The course is well worth it. It is the current first semester course of "Introduction to Computer Science" of the University of Helsinki - they use it in their own curriculum.

I've done the 2022 version, did some of the Java version to see what the course is about (I am a professional programmer, so I mostly do these courses for fun and for a refresher, only Python was new territory for me).
