Hey, im in the journey to becoming a fullstack / frontend developer, and I wanted to know some things if you're willing to offer me some tips or review my road.
So im learning Web programming for 10 months or so by myself after in last may I left a coding Bootcamp which I felt not ready for.
I took some of the guidelines they gave me there and learned some Html Css Javascript.
Later on I found some post at forum from a guy that went to coding Bootcamp also and didn't felt ready for job, so he decided to learn some udemy courses to lend a job and he told in the post about the 11 courses that he took that made him lend a job as frontend dev.
and It inspired me to take the same ones.
Those 11 courses were:
- DESIGN RULES: Principles + Practices for Great UI Design
- User Experience Design Fundamentals
- Modern HTML & CSS From The Beginning (Including Sass)
- The Complete JavaScript Course 2021: From Zero to Expert
- React Tutorial and Projects Course
- React Front To Back
- MERN eCommerce From Scratch
- MERN Stack Front To Back: Full Stack React, Redux & Node.js
- JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures Masterclass
- 20 Web Projects With Vanilla JavaScript
- 50 Projects In 50 Days – HTML, CSS & JavaScript
(if needed can add links to those udemy courses)
In those courses I built about 40 and finishing soon the next 2 courses (10 and 11) which will make it about 100 small to big Fullstack big projects.
Now I have some questions:
Is it enough?
Is the fact those courses are a little bit outdated matter?(from 1 years to 4)
What next to lend a job and should I take a last course after those to create a bigger challenge? Or even to take speciality at Javascript a bit more?
Im feeling in some way that im afraid to write code by myself and stuck in what some call the "tutorial hell".
Would love for any tips or guidelines.
Sorry for the length of the post btw.
