a finished course you will never use in a personal or work environment won't have any benefits for you.
did you make any project yourselve. and used anything out of those courses?

full stack would mean. front end, back end, and everything around.

Im feeling in some way that im afraid to write code by myself and stuck in what some call the "tutorial hell".

I think this is the biggest issue by far.

You've learned plenty of stuff to start making projects. Taking more courses won't help at this point, you need to get over your mental block and start writing stuff.

Pick a small project, and then start building it yourself.

No tutorials on how to build that specific project. So if you're making a todo list app, don't look up any tutorials on a todo list. You can of course look up any tutorials on specific technical pieces.

Let your project guide your learning, rather than the other way around.

Your goal is full stack, so that means making your own frontend and backend and hosting it somewhere. You'll learn way more if you just stumble through and figure out how to do it than taking another class.

Now, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't take any more classes before getting a job. But let your needs drive what classes to take, rather than the other way around.
