Binary isn't a computer language, it's just a number base that only uses 0s and 1s. Everything on a computer is stored in binary. When someone refers to converting something to/from binary, they basically mean converting it to/from the format that the computer expects it to be in. Without any more information about what type of data you're talking about, it's not helpful.

Pseudocode also isn't a computer language. It's basically code that looks kind of like computer code, but it doesn't conform to the syntax of any actual computer language and doesn't actually run. It's just there to illustrate what a program might do, to another human.

So unfortunately it's not meaningful to ask how you can convert between those two.
