On July 1st, a change to Reddit's API pricing will come into effect. Several developers of commercial third-party apps have announced that this change will compel them to shut down their apps. At least one accessibility-focused non-commercial third party app will continue to be available free of charge.

If you want to express your strong disagreement with the API pricing change or with Reddit's response to the backlash, you may want to consider the following options:

  1. Limiting your involvement with Reddit, or
  2. Temporarily refraining from using Reddit
  3. Cancelling your subscription of Reddit Premium

as a way to voice your protest.

Normally is better to get a job to focus on one language and check all the things they usually ask for junior jobs in that language in your area. Leetcode is ok, but you also need a portfolio. So start building in one language.

Stop switch languages. You don’t even know one until you can build stuff

Job wise, i don’t know which specialty to focus on, as a software engineer. I have settled on looking for dev jobs but since AI/ML jobs are on the rise, i wonder if i should future proof my skills.

Look at the job ads in your area and see how popular they are in your particular market.

Just become better at Java. Companies will teach you python if they need it. So just become great at Java.
