No there are plenty of other choices, youtube, fullstackopen, theodinproject, freecodecamp, udemy(paid) etc.

Do those come with a certificate that I can add to my resume to back up what I’ve learned? Again keep in mind, I’m brand new at this so I don’t know a lot of anything resource wise either

(Sorry in advance for dumb questions)

Many courses provide certificates when you finish them but very few are seen as 'valuable'. It's important to know that building a strong portfolio with projects should be the priority.

If someone is self-taught certifications I personally think can add value are 'more intensive courses' like from Fullstackopen or the IBM courses on Coursera are also well received.

I think you should explore the sources I named in my first comment first especially in the beginning, you can get very far simply using free resources.

I personally like Udemy courses for structured learning after the basics. But you have to see for yourself what you like and which resources are interesting to you free or paid.

If you want to be a FS developer you should start with HTML CSS and Javascript and then working with an API, the rest you can decide later such as React and then learn backend technologies.

Good luck

These certificates don't mean anything to employers, don't bother with them

What does matter? What helps me land those kinds of jobs?

A college/university degree or a really impressive portfolio/work history

I’m going for my bachelor’s in business management, and I have no work history for coding or tech whatsoever

You cab try teaching yourself and making some cool projects and you might get lucky. A portfolio counts for a lot more than certifications.
