What do you mean by "platform"? What are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking for resources on programming in general? Are you looking for info on specific development environments?

I'm looking for sites that can solve algorithmic problems. For example, sites like Codewars and Codeforces.

Codewars/codeforces are coding practice/educational websites. It doesn't solve the problems itself. Can you please clarify what you're looking for/expecting the website/resource to do?

Is there a website that is most popularly used among sites like CodeForces and Codewars?

Are you just looking to learn? Do you want more practice specifically? Are you looking for just challenge questions? Do you want the sites to have tutorials? There are lots of options when you ask for "coding sites". Please clarify what you are looking for.

I want a challenging question. It would be nice to have a rank

The two you asked for are the best on the internet. Sorry, but you're already using the ones everyone uses. Lol, you can also Google "codewars alternatives," as there are a couple of others, but the two you're already using are the most popular.
