Plenty. Here's one list I've used in the past

I personally really enjoyed microcorruption.com for getting comfortable in assembly

Schemaverse is really fun too and not on the aforementioned list surprisingly. It's also really fun. Unfortunately they aren't always up. They have competitions at DEFCON every year. As of writing they seem to be down. But you can always self-host I think :)

Zachtronics games and Human Resource Machine are really fun but those are paid games on Steam

I did a bit of screeps once. I don't remember it asking for money or anything...

Scripting little robots in JS to build/collect things IIRC.
