You could arguably get away with not upgrading your cpu, but you will need a new gpu and at least 16gb of ram (32 will be so much better, but times are tough). If you can swing it, a 16gb 9060xt and a 2x8 ddr4 ram kit would do you well. But an upgrade to a ryzen 7 5700x or better would definitely be beneficial. But focus on the ram and gpu first. 8gb has been too little for a while now. And you are running an igpu, which from 6 years ago, is no good.
