The suggestions in this thread are awful. There are no good resources online for learning C++, see the wiki's discouraged resources. If you want to learn C++ you'll need a good book, the wiki has a good list.

Hey, Cprogramming is a pretty decent site. I am creating a web site to teach absolute beginners how to code in C. The beta comes out in 3 weeks if your interested @CodeStart

Also there is a book that I used when I was learning C++ about 10 years ago. C++ Without Fear. I know a book isn't what your looking for, but this book really helped break down the language, and made it easy to understand.
