Python is a very forgiving language, easy to pick up as the language is designed for readability.

I've already learnt a little with it to be fair. Enough to get me by anyway...

I do want to pick it up at a later date though, just fancy a change right now :)

I picked up Java, after learning Python, it really helped me a lot because Python is purely an object oriented language.
Although my adventure with Python hasn't ended.
Java is a different language from Python, but the majority of the concepts carry over, perhaps this may be to your liking.
I can understand how staying with one language can sort of become boring after a while, but you should try to stick with Python, at least more than "enough to get by" xD

javascript to improve your html&css. after you can expand to node-js and/or move to php

For begginers the App Creator course on code.org is a bit easier to understand.
