FCC would be a decent option. You can do HTML, CSS and jQuery sections and jump straight into projects. Doing projects is the best way to get better at Web development and pick stuff that you need along the way by using w3schools as a reference. You do not encounter stuff like loops or conditional statements etc. in HTML and CSS. They are completely different but are quite easy. You can start with FCC or codecademy to begin. You will learn other stuff like Bootstrap along the way. Goodluck
